What is the difference between a stereomicroscope and a biomicroscope?

Stereo microscope is also called stereo microscope (Stero Microscope), and Biological Microscope]Object Microscope[/url] (Biological Microscope) the main differences are as follows:
First, the working distance of the stereo microscope is larger, usually up to 50mm or even 150mm; while the biological microscope detects objects with a working distance range of rarely more than 20mm.

Second, the stereo microscope can be placed higher, thicker objects, such as integrated circuit blocks, larger workpieces, screws, thicker objects, etc., while the biological microscope can only be placed on thin slices, slides and so on.

Third, the stereo microscope depth of field range is larger, up to 10mm depth of field range, adjust the focusing ring, a considerable range of clear images can be seen; while the biological microscope may be slightly rotated to focus the ring, you can not see clearly.

Fourth, the stereo microscope can see three-dimensional images, because the depth of field range is wider for the sake of. But the magnification is small, general stereo microscope maximum magnification of up to 200 times or so; while the maximum magnification of the biological microscope is generally to 2000 times or so, the characteristics of the biological microscope parameters just the opposite of the stereo microscope. Therefore, the adaptive range of stereomicroscope and biomicroscope is different, and the structure of the lens is also different.
