What is the procedure for responding to flammable gas detector warnings in an emergency?

In general, as long as there are flammable and explosive gases, a combustible gas detector needs to be installed. The combustible gas detector can convert the absorbed gas concentration signal into an electrical signal through the sensor; receive the voltage signal through the single-chip microcomputer, and then transmit the numerical signal to the display screen through data processing. However, in the use of combustible gas detectors, some problems will inevitably occur due to various situations, such as alarms. So what is the emergency treatment process for the alarm of the combustible gas detector?

Emergency treatment process for combustible gas detector alarm:

(1) The gas source is interrupted, and the pressure in the pipeline is reduced, causing air to be sucked in, so that the mixture of air and gas reaches the explosion range, and an explosion occurs in case of fire.

(2) During the inspection of gas equipment, the gas was not blown out. It has not been tested, and it is eager to ignite and cause an explosion.

(3) The blind plate blocked on the equipment leaked due to long-term corrosion, and there was no test before the fire, resulting in an explosion.

(4) Positive pressure ignition of kiln and other equipment.

(5) Operation in violation of regulations, first send gas, then ignite.

(6) For kilns with forced air supply, if the blower suddenly loses power, causing the gas to flow backwards, an explosion will also occur.

(7) Although the coke oven gas pipeline glue equipment has been purged and passed the inspection, if it stays for a long time, the accumulation in the equipment will be volatilized by heat, especially the mixture of naphthalene sublimation gas and air reaches the explosion range, and it will also explode in case of fire.

(8) The burner is not tight, the gas leaks into the furnace, and the furnace is not ventilated before ignition.

(9) Failure to follow regulations when gas delivery was stopped, or failure to completely cut off the gas when gas was stopped, and fire without inspection.

(10) The burner does not ignite, and the furnace is not ventilated before re-igniting.

(11) After the gas equipment (pipeline) is connected to the gas, there is no explosion test, and it is eager to ignite.
