What should be done when the moisture content of special samples is determined?
1) Liquid samples: Use glass fiber discs to make the samples evenly distributed, shorten the drying time and have good reproducibility;
2) Mushy, greasy and melted samples: Use glass fiber discs to increase the sample surface area and get good results;
3) Volatile samples: use the manual start mode (if possible, please choose the gentle heating mode);
4) Samples with condensation on the surface or temperature-sensitive samples: use the gentle heating mode, and cover the glass fiber disc above the sample, and slowly heat the sample;
5) Sugar-containing samples: choose a mild heating mode and a moderate temperature, and spread the samples thinly on the sample tray to avoid coking;
6) Large volume and fluffy samples: use the mesh cover sample tray, select the appropriate sample volume, and pay attention to the heating process of the sample;
7) Plastic particles: The step heating mode is adopted, the high resolution and standby temperature are set, and the sample tray needs to be covered with samples for sample testing.
