How to Perform Maintenance and Servicing on Gas Detectors?

As is well known, a gas detector is an instrument tool for detecting gas leakage concentration. It mainly uses gas sensors to detect the types of gases present in the environment. Gas sensors are sensors used to detect the composition and content of gases. However, regardless of the type of gas detector, its maintenance is worth paying attention to in order to effectively extend the service life of the gas detector. So how should we do a good job in maintaining gas detectors?

Maintain the gas detector properly:

1. Check the gas flow rate. Excessive or insufficient flow rate can have a significant impact on the results of the analyzer

2. Replace filter paper: Stop the air pump and drain the filter tank

3. Check for any air leaks in the pneumatic system. Whether the diaphragm of the sobbing pump is damaged, whether the sealing ring of the sampling probe is broken, whether the four-way valve and condensate are damaged, etc

4. Cleaning of sampling probe, unblocking of sampling hole pipeline

5. Check if the condenser is working properly, usually adjust the temperature within the range of 3 degrees Celsius. 6. Check the measuring chamber for dirt and clean it in a timely manner.

So, there is no single sensor that can detect all gases and meet all requirements. Sensors used for various gases and environments are also different. Confirm the type and concentration range of gases to be detected, determine the usage scenario, and then choose the gas detector you need.
