How to use a laser level ruler Precautions for using an infrared level ruler
There are many types of level rulers, and laser level ruler is one of them. Laser level ruler, also known as infrared level ruler or laser ruler, is a level ruler that measures whether it is level or not by emitting a laser beam. The use of a laser level ruler is not difficult:
1. Place the laser level on the reference plane or tripod and turn on the switch.
2. The laser level ruler will emit two red lasers, one horizontal and one vertical. By adjusting the position of the light mouth, different line shapes can be produced, so that the vertical laser line falls in the desired position.
3. After the bubbles on the laser level are completely stationary, look at the position of the level bubble. If the bubble on the level is biased towards a certain side, it indicates that that that side is higher. Therefore, it is necessary to lower the height of that side or raise the height of the opposite side, and adjust the bubble to the center position.
4. After completing the operation, turn off the switch, carefully place the laser level ruler, and wait for the next use.
Precautions for using infrared level ruler
1. Attention should be paid to using the infrared level ruler correctly, avoiding strong vibrations or drops that may affect or damage the accuracy of the level ruler.
2. The level ruler should be avoided from being soaked in water or placed in rainy and humid areas for a long time during use and storage.
3. The laser output window of the laser level should be kept clean and regularly wiped clean with a clean soft cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Long term non cleaning can cause the laser line to be dark or uneven in brightness.
4. When using an infrared level, attention should be paid to avoiding people within the measurement range and not looking directly at the emitted laser.
5. If the laser level is not used for a long time, it should be calibrated before use.
6. If the level ruler is damaged, please do not disassemble or repair it yourself to avoid more serious damage. Instead, please have a dedicated person repair it or contact the manufacturer's after-sales service.
7. An infrared level ruler that meets the safety level standards for laser radiation should be used.
