How to make a level ruler
1. Cut birch wood is placed on the machine and several holes are dug out. The holes will be filled with level bubbles containing bubbles and used as handles.
2. Burrs on the edge of the wooden strip, and grooves on the edge for installing copper trim. Roll the coiled and bent copper strip flat, fold it into shape, and insert the copper edge into the groove of the horizontal ruler wooden strip. Insert it into the groove to protect the edge of the wooden strip.
3. On the other side, melt the plastic and inject it into a circular arc-shaped small bottle (horizontal bubble). The injected small bottle only needs to be sealed at one end and leave an opening at the other end.
4. The small bottles are fed onto the mechanical claw through a vibrating disc feeder. The mechanical claw holds each small bottle and rotates it to turn the opening upwards, injecting a yellow mixed liquid (composed of ethylene glycol, alcohol, water, and glycerol) into the small bottle. The same amount of liquid needs to be injected into each small bottle, leaving only the space needed to form bubbles.
5. The mechanical claw is used to attach a plastic cap to a small bottle cap, and the plastic cap is welded to the small bottle using an ultrasonic welding machine to seal the liquid inside the small bottle.
6. Horizontal bubbles with bubbles will be captured by a camera, and the computer will automatically detect the size and position of the bubbles to determine if they are qualified.
7. Roll the small bottle on the machine and heat transfer the two indicator lines onto the small bottle. At this point, the small bottle still needs to be inspected again because the deviation of the bubble position will directly affect the accuracy of the level ruler. The small bottle that passes the inspection will enter the solid fusion bonding system, and the melted plastic will be injected into the gap to form the base of the horizontal bubble.
8. Horizontal bubbles with bases are inserted into the openings of wooden strips and fixed with glue. Each horizontal bubble should be placed completely horizontally, and the installation process requires the use of magnified images to ensure accuracy.
9. An acrylic frame should be installed on the outside of the horizontal bubble to protect it, rubber caps should be screwed on both ends, and a logo should be printed on the wooden strip. The entire level ruler is ready.
10. Various tests, such as flatness, accuracy, zero position error, etc.
