Notes on self-calibration of infrared thermometers
Technical requirements :
Infrared thermometer basic error and the effect of changes in measurement distance does not exceed the provisions of Table I.
Calibration project:
According to the field use and practical experience, the calibration project mainly completes the appearance check, the determination of the basic error, the determination of the impact of changes in the measurement distance and the range of emissivity determination.
Calibration steps:
1) Appearance check, each part of the assembly is intact, no defects;
2)Characters, marks and scales should be complete and clear;
3)Appearance and parts should be well treated, no rust and mould spots;
4) If there is a "BAT" prompt, replace the battery in time;
5) Objective lens, eyepiece without damage, aiming should be clear, if the environment is dusty, should clean the surface of the lens, use clean air to blow off the surface dust, or use soft bristle brush off the dust.

1, the food field (scanning management, service and storage temperature).
2,Electrical field (checking faulty transformers, electrical panels and connectors).
3, automotive industry field (diagnosis of cylinders and heating/cooling systems).
