Solution for inaccurate detection of handheld gas detector
1. Confirm whether the gas concentration on site is accurate. Sometimes there is a large difference between the theoretical value and the actual value. Verify the accuracy of the instrument by introducing standard gas or sending it to a third-party measuring institution for testing.
2. If the sensor has been used for a long time, there may be some measurement errors. It is necessary to confirm with the manufacturer whether the sensor can still be used before continuing to use it. If the sensor itself is approaching its service life, even if it can be used normally after calibration, it will not be able to be used normally for long. It is recommended to replace the sensor.
Alarm when the value is 0 or when the alarm value is not reached in the air
resolvent:
1. Check if the alarm value has been modified.
2. Check the alarm method and whether the alarm mode has been modified.
3. Check whether the alarm status is concentration alarm or fault alarm. The concentration alarm will display the words AL or AH, and the red indicator light will flash. The fault alarm will light up the yellow light.
4. If the alarm is caused by human modification, it can be solved by restoring the factory settings. The fault alarm needs to be further checked for short circuit, open circuit, poor contact, sensor failure, etc
Generally, the following measures are taken to control pollution:
1. Eliminate residual pollution: Before and after the assembly of the hydraulic system, the parts must be strictly cleaned.
2. Reduce external pollution:
Reduce the sources of pollution in hydraulic systems, improve the operating environment of equipment, strengthen dust control, and reduce dust on work sites.
The air filter on the fuel tank must be cleaned regularly in a timely manner. When refueling the fuel tank, it must pass through the filter. Maintenance and disassembly of components should be carried out in a dust-free area.
3. Filter out impurities generated by the system: Appropriate precision filters should be added to relevant parts of the system as needed, and the filter element should be regularly inspected, cleaned, or replaced to maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.
4. Control the working temperature of hydraulic oil:
The working temperature of hydraulic oil is 20-60 ℃. If it exceeds 60 ℃, the service life of hydraulic oil will be reduced by half for every 10 ℃ increase.
According to the actual spatial location of the equipment, expanding the fuel tank capacity and natural ventilation cooling are adopted to alleviate the rise in oil temperature; In addition, if conditions permit, cooling water can be added outside the fuel tank.
The water flushing pipeline used in the underground hydraulic trolley is relatively close to the oil tank, and a branch is connected to cool the oil tank, or a dual cooler is added to forcibly cool the hydraulic oil.
