Summarize the seven-step process of biological microscope before and after use
A biological microscope is a precision optical instrument. It is used to observe biological slices, biological cells, bacteria and living tissue culture, fluid sedimentation, etc. It can also observe other transparent or translucent objects, powders, fine particles and other objects. The following is a seven-step process for the reuse of biological microscopes summarized by the editor:
1. Place the specimen to be observed on the stage and clamp it on the upper card.
2. Install the objective lens of each magnification on the objective lens revolving unit, and insert the eyepiece into the eyepiece tube.
3. When operating, move the specimen to the middle of the stage, and first observe it with a low-magnification objective lens. Turn on the power switch and move the brightness adjustment knob to an appropriate position, turn the coarse adjustment handwheel to raise the stage until the shadow of the specimen can be seen, and turn the fine adjustment handwheel to obtain a clear object image. To choose the brightness, you can turn the handwheel of the condenser frame to raise or lower the condenser, and then adjust the variable diaphragm to change the aperture of the diaphragm so as to obtain the illumination brightness suitable for various detailed specimens. (According to the observation needs, there are color filters for use. The color filters are installed on the bracket at the lower part of the variable aperture, and the selected color can be obtained.) Turn the vertical handwheel on the stage to make the specimen move forward and backward; Turn the horizontal handwheel on the stage to move the specimen left and right. Move the object to be observed to the center for observation, and then turn to a high-magnification objective lens or an oil immersion objective lens for observation (when using an oil lens, cedar oil must be added to the specimen observation area). When switching and observing (the objective lens should not touch the sliced object), the image of the object can still be seen, and a clear object image can be achieved by turning the fine-tuning handwheel. After use, just turn the coarse adjustment handwheel to lower the workbench to the bottom, then move the brightness adjustment knob to the minimum brightness, and finally turn off the power switch.
4. Adjust the brightness adjustment button to change the luminous brightness of the doxedin foam to obtain the best brightness.
5. How to replace the light bulb: Unscrew the knurled screw, turn out the lamp holder plate, pull out the light bulb, and replace it with a new light bulb.
6. How to install and disassemble the light collecting mirror and adjust the light source: when using artificial light source, align the light collecting mirror with the screw on the base, turn the light collecting mirror clockwise to the end to tighten it, then lift the microscope slightly, loosen Open the adjusting screw under the base, adjust the filament image to the center of the field of view, and then tighten the adjusting screw to observe under the best illumination.
7. After use, turn the coarse adjustment handwheel to lower the workbench to the bottom, then move the brightness adjustment knob to the minimum brightness, and finally turn off the power switch.
