Microscope steps to make object image clear

Answer: The steps of using an optical microscope:

1. Taking mirror and placing it

①Hold the mirror arm with your right hand, and hold the mirror base with your left hand.

②Put the microscope on the bench slightly to the left. Install the eyepiece and objective lens.

2. To the light

①Turn the converter to align the low magnification objective lens with the light hole. Note that a distance of 2 cm should be kept between the front end of the objective lens and the stage.

② Align a larger aperture with the light hole. The left eye looks into the eyepiece, and the right eye is opened to facilitate future observation and drawing. Turn the mirror to see the bright field of view.

3. Observation

①Put the glass slide to be observed on the stage, and press it with the clamp, and the specimen should face the light hole.

②Turn the coarse quasi-focus screw to lower the lens barrel slowly until the objective lens is close to the glass slide. Keep your eyes on the objective lens so that the objective lens does not touch the slide specimen.

③Look into the eyepiece with the left eye, and at the same time turn the coarse quasi-focus screw in reverse to make the lens barrel rise slowly until the object image can be seen clearly. Then turn the fine focus screw slightly to make the object image clearer.
So the answer is:

(1) Take mirror and place it

(2) Against the light

(3) Observation; coarse quasi-focus spiral; fine quasi-focus spiral
